Do not redistribute the index in bulk
Scraping the whole index, or reselling access to it, is the one thing not permitted - because the index is the product.
What lifetime access is
One payment of $49, and the index stays open to you. There is no subscription, no renewal and no seat count, so there is nothing to cancel. "Lifetime" means the working life of this product: while it is running you get every company we add, and if we ever shut it down we will say so with notice rather than quietly stopping.
Refunds
Ask within 7 days of paying and you get your money back, no reason needed. Write to ycinematics101@gmail.com from the address you paid with. Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record, so the refund is issued by them; where you live gives you statutory rights on top of this, and nothing here reduces them.
One account, one person
Access is granted to the account that bought it. Sharing a login is not what the price is for.
No warranty
The figures are estimates produced by a model that has not been formally scored. They are provided as they are, and decisions taken on the basis of them are yours. This is research, not investment advice.
Changes
Material changes to the model are published on the changelog with the same weight as features, including corrections that move published figures.
